Welcome to the BSA Venturing Crew 820’s (H2O) web site! Founded in 2017, our Venturing Crew is operated by adults and youth that enjoy aquatics activities and is lead by Taylor Symensma & Allan Hively. With the help from the Venturing Crew, we teach roughly about 200 scouts per year with a variety of our programs that we promote and run. We hope that you will find this to be a useful tool for providing you with up-to-date information regarding the activities of our crew programs and adventures.
The crew runs all year and meets once a month for our meetings, we do adventures over weekends such as camping, boating, and/or water themes activities. We also run programs throughout the year promoting aquatics for Scouting. Currently we do most of our programs between the months of October-April. To see specific information on any of our programs, check out our Programs Page! Here is a breakdown of the programs we offer that are offered and open to any Scout Troops or Cub Scout Packs:
